Oxfordshire and District Brass Band Association Winter Contest
On 24th February, both the Regent bands travelled to the village of Woodstock to compete at the Oxfordshire and District Brass Band Association Winter Contest, in which each band performed a march and own-choice test-piece for adjudicator David Hirst. New players at Regent
Regent Brass are pleased to announce the signing of two new players ahead of the London & Southern Counties Area Contest. Joining the band on Bass Trombone is Phil Barnes. Phil brings a wealth of experience to the band, having played with the Luton Band in the top section in the past. Also re-joining the band from Aveley and Newham after a short spell is Alan Howard on Bb Bass. Unfortunatley the band has to bid an extremely sad farewell…
