Both Regent Brass and Regent Community Brass took their places at their London & Southern Counties regional qualification contests last weekend. For both bands it was a fantastic opportunity to re-establish our links to colleagues in the brass band movement, lots of whom we hadn’t seen since the 2019 event. Regent Brass and Regent Community Brass presented a joint concert at our rehearsal venue, Chalk Farm Salvation Army hall, last night where we shared each other’s preparations for the upcoming London and Southern Counties regional finals (the ‘Areas’).
